OSHA Fines Increase

Effective August 1st OSHA citation fines have increased for the first time since 1990. A serious violation has increased from $7,000 to $12,471, and willful or repeated violations have increased from $70,000 to $124,709. For more information view OSHA’s Fact Sheet on the recent changes.
